Then make a good sear on all four sides of your pork in a dutch oven or large pan. Next remove you pork and statute you garlic and onion in the pork grease. On a separate plate, make a brown sugar crust on the fat side of your pork. Then place you pork back in the pan or dutch oven [If you don't have a dutch oven you can cook you pork in a slow cooker.] and add your water on the sides of you dutch oven [or slow cooker]. Place your dutch oven in the oven and let you meat cook for about 2 hours. Let meat cool. Shred meat using two forks and pour as much BBQ sauce as you desire! Serve hot and enjoy!
